An accomplished hairstylist in NYC, Daniel Roldan launched his career in Cleveland as a salon owner, joining the Matrix US /Global education team in New York 2001.
Daniel travels the globe, sharing his unique talent and expertise — Some of his favorite places to visit include Croatia, Hong Kong and Bali, though he continues to draw most of his inspiration from his hometown, New York City.
While he’s best known for his cutting skills, Daniel is valued for his worldly views and insight to the evolving hair profession. As a nominee for the 2016 North American Hairstyling Awards in the Texture category, Daniel was able to flaunt his mad skills with curl, wave, kink and frizz.
Daniel’s passion for learning and teaching drives him to bring high quality education to smaller communities, raising the standards of work in the salons, as well as the standard of beauty in their communities.
