Head-Turning Length - JQ-11-1252

A fuller length and a head-turning style this long, layered cut is topped with brow-grazing bangs.

Apply leave-in conditioner and comb through your damp hair before rough drying about half way.  Mist on styling spray all over to help add soft volume and texture and then continue to rough dry using just your fingers. Introduce a round brush to help coax fullness through the ends and then finish with a light working spray over the top.

Shoulder Touching Layers - PON-11-1246

Allison had very long, almost one-length hair that had a solid dark hue. Pon cut a shoulder-touching style, added layers for movement and then created a fine highlight for a chestnut color.

To style a casual, everyday look, Pon applied PON International Elevatë at the root and Turn it up all over her damp hair and then blow-dried in sections using a round brush. A dab of Pon Dü was worked through to add separation and then da flex was misted over the top for a light, pliable hold.

Rolled Outward Layers - FS-11-1235

Long layers and side-swept bangs are accented with peek-a-boo highlights.

Starting with styling lotion on damp hair, blow dry sections using a round brush to roll layers away from your face. Use a smaller round brush to roll the ends of vertical sections into barely-there curls.

Flared-Outward Waves - FS11-1233

A flared-outward look utilizing long, curly layers with forward graduation. 

Use leave-in conditioner, smoothing balm and mousse layering each onto damp hair before blow-drying with a paddle brush. Flat iron the top and loosely curl the rest of the hair away from the face, misting with shine spray and finishing spray to finalize the hairstyle.

Bodified Fullness - FS-11-1232

Jodi Renteria of Fantastic Sams in Barstow, California started off Rebecca’s bodified look by richening up her base color and then slicing in some highlights on top. She created long curvy layers with blunt bangs, styling the thick, wavy hair by

Layer on leave-in conditioner, smoothing gel and mousse onto damp hair. Blow dry with a round brush, pulling up on top for volume.  Curl vertical sections with an extra large iron, alternating the curl direction to achieve waves. Mist on finishing spray provided long-lasting hold.

Head-Hugging Layers - FS-11-1229

Long, head-hugging layers are infused with a radiant red violet on top of a rich red brown base.

 Add leave-in conditioner on wet hair before rough-drying you’re your fingers to remove the moisture. Flat iron sections for sleekness and then finish with pomade for definition and shine, and finishing spray for hold.

Choppy Layers - PON-11-1213

A long blunt cut is applied with choppy layers around the face and shows off longer bangs and a pale blond hue with warm lowlights for soft dimension.

Add root lift at your scalp on top and then work hair treatment oil through the ends. Use a round brush while blow-drying while pulling sections up on top and rolling the brush several times to create volume. Smooth a flat iron through the ends and add spray wax over the surface for pliability while piecing the ends.

Sexy Sleekness - PON-11-1210

A perfect option for longer hair, this style allows more movement and face-framing options than just long, one-length strands.

To produce a sultry side-swept finish, add styling lotion all over on damp hair and then layered on a root booster at the scalp for lift. Blow dry with a round brush, lifting up on top and turning the brush several times for volume. Smooth a flat iron through the ends for control and then add spray wax before finger-styling everything neatly into place.

Ribbon Waves - FS-10-1205

Fantastic Sams stylist Louise Corales of Upland, California applied a long layered cut for Alyssa with some texture through her side-bangs. Fantasticstyle Thermal Guard and Styling Foam were layered on her damp hair before blow-drying with a vent brush. Larger sections were curled around a larger iron to leave a series of big bends through the length. 


Face-Framing Layers - FS-10-1201

Felicia was feeling a little washed out, so stylist Michelle Neto of Fantastic Sams in Corona, California added a richer brown base color and then highlighted over the top with a golden hue. Next Michelle cut soft, face-framing layers with side-bangs. To help add volume to her fine hair, a volumizing spray was worked through damp strands and then a root lift was applied just at the scalp. Her hair was blow-dried using a large round brush to pull up on top and the ends were delicately rolled under.
