The Ulta Beauty Artistic Team announces the release of All That Glitters, their special collection of six fashion-forward hairstyles featuring cut, color, and texture. Inspired by trends seen at New York Fashion Week, the Ulta Beauty team crafted a diverse spectrum of uniquely alluring hair shapes with soft and airy finishes. The looks were completed with makeup to complement the hairstyles that featured hints of glitter and subtle pops of color.
Glimmer
Hair: With ashy pearl-iridescent blonde length on top and a short, darker undercut, this look is all about contrast. Underneath the disconnection on top, a smoky metallic hue is mixed with a contrasting red velvet piece on the side to keep the style playful.
To Get this Look: Apply Redken Align 12 and a few drops of Redken Diamond Oil on damp hair and blow dry sections with a small round brush taking great care of keeping the roots flat with a bend on the ends. Spray sections with Redken Iron Shape 11 and flat iron. Finish with Redken Shine Flash 02.
Makeup: The eyes flaunt golden glitter with a soft shimmer of peachy tones to enhance the lid. After contouring, a deeper matte brown at the cheeks offers a chiseled effect. Full feminine lips are enhanced with a fuchsia tone and topped with glitter for a glamorous finish.

Shimmer
Hair: With a creamy blonde shade, this elongated and slightly disheveled beehive is all about the shape.
To Get this Look: Apply Redken Guts 10 to roots and comb through. Blow-dry using a round brush mirroring the shape of the hair. Mist Redken Fashion Work 12 on sections and curl for volume and movement. Add a form at the crown and backcomb panels over it, pinning each into the form until all hair is swept back and pinned into place. Finish with Redken Fashion Work 12.
Makeup: An elongated black glitter cat eye is topped with super amped up lashes, and sparkly, envy-worthy red lips.

Dazzle
Hair: Cool blonde undertones accent a champagne highlight while this solid, robust shape is broken up with an airy interior and delicate surface detailing.
To Get this Look: Work Redken Full Frame 07 through damp hair before blow-drying with a boar bristle brush. Once completely dry, mist 1-inch sections with Redken Fashion Work 12 and set with a 1.5-inch iron while pinning sections up to cool. Apply Redken Powder Grip 03 on the roots and backcomb the base for lift and volume. French lace throughout. Once hair is backcombed, smooth over the surface with a soft brush to coax the shape. Pin as needed and mist with additional Redken Fashion Work 12.
Makeup: With a whimsical sparkle, this high fashion look offers a playful hint of innocence. For the eyes, a deeper iridescent peach lid is contoured with maroon while the tear duct shimmers in a pastel pink. A medium ash tone defines the brow and a rose gold lip reflects and catches the light.

Hair: Super blunt, disconnected and rolled-forward fringe offsets airiness in back for this rose gold blonde coif.
To Get this Look: Mist damp hair with Redken Iron Shape 11 and blow-dry with a small round brush for control and to maintain minimal volume at the roots. Once dry, flat iron small sections using the bevel of the iron to bend the ends under through the fringe and outward at the nape of the neck.
Makeup: Bronze glitter eyebrows top fierce spiky lashes and a shimmery beige eye. The cheeks offer a rosy flush while pouty pink glitter accents fuller lips.

Hair: This stunning slate blonde offers a classic shape with a playfully disheveled finish.
To Get this Look: Apply Redken Iron Shape 11 on damp hair and then work through Redken Diamond Oil before blow-drying with a small brush. Add Redken Windblown 05 for a slight grip as you finger-style the hair into place.
Makeup: An indigo eyelid is surrounded by silver glitter on the outside by the tear duct while a smoky glitter eyebrow and a nude lip finish off the look to perfection.
Sparkle
Hair: A clean, neutral blonde supports this strong silhouette. This lengthy hairstyle offers an overstated retro roll on top and a smoothly twisted rope braid through the length.
To Get this Look: Apply Redken Guts 10 on damp hair and blow-dry using a paddle brush. Mist sections with Redken Fashion Work 12 and backcomb using a small backcombing brush. Craft a large roll to one side. Take the length and divide into two sections. Twist each of the two subsections a couple of times and then twist the two sections together. Continue twisting both individually and together until you run out of length. Add a small hair tie at the end and then add overall shine using Redken Shine Flash 02and finally mist all over with Redken Fashion Work 12 to finish.
Makeup: A shimmy concrete color is smoked-out with some copper hues on the lid. Add spiky lashes, a little bit of peach on the cheeks and a magenta glitter lip to finish the look.
