This highly versatile cut by Yesenia Quebrado of Alexander’s Grand Salon & Spa features a fun mid length with layers all over and heavy side bangs. For the color, a rich chocolate brown with panels of golden brown to break up the solid base.

To style, root lift is added at the base while a smoothing serum and gloss are cocktailed together, then applied only at the ends. A round brush is utilized while blow-drying for volume, then a flat iron is used from just the mid shaft to the ends and to swoop out the back. Spray wax and shine spray allow the perfect finish.

Malorie Briley of Alexander’s Grand Salon & Spa created this A-line bob that is stacked in back with side fringe. Her color is a medium brown all over, with deep brown lowlights and golden highlights placed in natural paneling.

For volume, a root boost is applied at the scalp while a sculpting cream is applied all over. A round brush is used to blow-dry the hair, pulling up at the root and rounding out for more volume, Once dry, the strands are flat ironed bending under, then spray wax and a medium hold spray are used to finish.

Whitney wanted to take her look a little lighter and brighter. Stylist Michelle Alexander of Alexander’s Grand Salon and Spa created a highly dimensional look by highlighting her light brown hair to blonde then added copper lowlights for even more depth.

This “in demand” mid length cut features bold choppy layers with soft and blended fringe or bangs. After layering, the cut is highly texturized all over for maximum movement.

This model's naturally frizzy mid length hair needed serious help. In her initial conversation Margit was able extract that she wanted a new look but liked having some length to work with. The makeover had to include a fresh and current style but couldn’t be too much work to recreate each morning.

This look started out with a natural dark blonde tone with previous highlights and a couple of inches of new growth.  Wanting to keep to her natural blonde realm, Tracy opted to give her a much stronger result with a more pastel tonal range. Color that was not too ash or too warm. A delicate hue more like the natural state of a child’s hair. Soft, almost sun kissed color that would set well against her pale, yet slightly ruddy complexion.

For Summer, stylist and salon owner David Bickle of The David Salon applied a longer layered razor cut with a V shaped bang or fringe area. For the color, her rich brown base is accented with soft “peek-a-boo” highlights in a subtle coppery blonde hue. To style, a defrizzing serum and gloss were applied to the wet hair before blow-drying with a paddle brush. For a smoother look, the dry hair is flat ironed then a small amount of styling paste is worked through for control. The result is a sleek and sexy, side swept look.
