Get The Look: Apply a hard hold gel to damp hair. Using a large round brush, blow-dry hair directing the ends under. Once dry, mist thermal working spray before using a large curling iron to bump the ends under. Piece the fringe with styling cream and then dust the entire head with a heavy hold hair spray to finish.

Get The Look: Redken Guts is applied on towel-dried hair and then diffuse dried to activate natural texture. Once dry, Smart Wax is used to coil the curls, which are pinned sporadically to create the overall shape. For clean control and to shine up the look without weighing it down, Vinyl Glam is lightly dusted all over for a touchable finish.

This fabulously flippy mid-length style has a long, sultry, side-swept fringe.

Get The Look: Apply texture lotion and work through damp hair. Add columizing mousse at the root for lift, concentrating on the crown (top) area. Blow-dry sections with a round brush, lifting up on top and rolling the brush several times to create root lift and an roll the brush the other way to add a flip through the length. Use a dab of styling paste on your hands and run your fingers through to finalize style.

This longer men’s style rocks some perfectly placed dreadlocks.

Get The Look: Create square sections all over. Starting close to the scalp use a dread comb and comb repeatedly towards the scalp. Eventually hair will start to pack up at the roots. Roll the hair you are holding between your fingers a little while you are backcombing. Continue backcombing, slowly working towards the ends of the hair, making the dread as tight as possible as you go. When you reach the ends secure the dread with a rubber band and add dread wax that does not contain petroleum.

Get The Look: Mix equal amounts of leave-in conditioner and curl enhancing lotion with a few drops of shine serum. Apply to towel dried hair and then comb through to distribute evenly. Add a diffuser attachment to your blow dryer and scrunch hair slightly as you dry with low heat. Finger-style hair into place.
