Flick-y bits in back and slight volume through the length up top is finished off with shorter side bangs.

Start with a lightweight styling lotion all over, mousse at the root and blow-dry with a small round brush. Lift sections up on top to add body starting at the root and then turn the brush the other direction to flip the ends up in back. A short bob, this piece-y hairstyle is tapered up the back and offers short layers on top for a plume-like effect in the crown.

Start with damp hair, apply a dime-size amount of styling lotion and work it in for shine. Blow-dry hair using a tight-toothed Denman brush to add control to hair. Smooth the front and sides against your head but lift up on short layers on top. Once dry, flat iron the ends for control and then details with a dab of pomade.
