For Liana, Carter applied Polishing Cream and Slush Gloss Drops cocktailed together onto her longer layers and blow-dried with a Denman brush.  Carter bumped through the hair with more Polishing Cream and Slush Gloss Drops and then applied large sections with a light mist hair spray before rolling under with an extra large iron. Once the entire head is done, he used a 4-prong pick, lifted gently at the base, rotated slightly running parallel to the scalp and pulled outward to give a foundation.

Emily has a mid length layered cut that is shattered internally but is blunt on the bottom. Disconnected bangs are cut diagonally to sit heavy to one side.

Her color is a level 7 blonde with level 8 gold and lighter blonde highlights sliced throughout the head. Diagonal sections are also placed in the sides and in the fringe for even more dimension.

To style, a cocktail of Polishing Cream and Spray Shine is worked into the damp hair before blow-drying with a round brush. A light mist hair spray and polish spray on the ends creates just the right finish.

Luxurious Length - PON-08-00667

Erica was bored with her look and just wanted to try something different. She had bra length hair with some layers.

Jaime started the new look with the color by taking her natural dark brown and lightening half the head to a dark blonde. Next she placed subtle highlights so a little bit of lighter hair would be coming over the darker hair.

Ashley's hair was just past her shoulders in her solid natural dark blonde. She had lots of damage from years of sun and swimming in chlorinated pools.

For her new look, Pon Saradeth, owner of Pon International in Anaheim Hills, California cut off all of the damaged hair and created a mid length shag with lots of texture around the bottom and choppy bangs. For her color, a medium brown was applied all over, then Pon highlighted through for a chunky sort of dimension.

Ania had grown out layers with color that was just a solid brown. To update her look, stylist Pon Saradeth cut a graduated bob and added layering down low for a bit of movement. For her color he applied a sultry dark brown base then highlighted with a rich red to break up the solid shape.

Angela had a natural medium blonde base with blonde grown out highlights. Her hair was very long, mainly one length with about 9 inches of regrowth.

Steven Villa of PON International started the makeover with her haircolor. He applied a full highlight, then added honey blonde lowlights to instill depth and warmth. For the cut he produced a mid length style with a really broken up perimeter and highly textured layers all over, with extra in the crown. Light blunt bangs are texturized for a wispy finish.

Heather had length just barely to her shoulders and she desperately wanted long and luxurious locks. To oblige, hair extension specialist Nicole Martin of Art started by freshening up her color. Heather’s previously colored hair had some (level 6-7) regrowth so Nicole applied a heavy weave then added a gloss over the top to instill shine.

For Patty, stylist Daniella Faubion of Studio C Salon in Irvine, California created a bob shape then texturized and added a piecey fringe. For the color an all over dark chocolate brown base is highlighted back through, then is toned with a rich red.

To style, Enjoy Shaping Lotion is applied on damp hair before roughdrying and flat ironing. For texture and movement spray wax is disperse evenly by spraying on while blow-drying with hot air. To finish, the ends are pieced with dry wax. To edge out the style more, the ends are kicked out and pieced further with more dry wax.

For Kerry, Dee Lescault of Studio C Salon in Irvine, California used a series of disconnected triangles over an asymmetrical bob to create the cut then strategically applied the color to accent the cut. A medium golden blonde hue was infused with a brilliant light golden blonde for a highly dimensional effect.

To style, Dee rough-dried then applied Aveda Light Elements Defining Whip to piece.  For an undone version, she added Aveda Pure Abundance hair potion and edged out the style with her fingers.
