For this color, a star pattern was sectioned out on the top of her head starting from the part, and then a dark velvet blonde is applied. A rich chocolate brown was used for the rest of the hair, while a few golden blonde highlights are randomly placed throughout the star pattern to create even more depth.
This shoulder length bob features a slight A-line with graduation and a blunt perimeter. The front was rounded and layered to allow the hair to fall forward and delicately frame the face. A triangle was sectioned for a blunt edge bang or fringe. Using point cutting, the crown is texturized while the back layers are designed to kick outward.
A volumizing cream is applied just at the root for lift while a light setting lotion with thermal protection is used on the ends. Using a large round brush for volume, the hair was blow-dried. Once completely dry, half-inch sections were sprayed with a thermal protectant setting spray, then curled with a medium sized curling iron barrel. A soft wax is fingered back through to separate the sections once the entire head is curled, while a medium hold spray is used to finish. This look can also be undone even more for a slightly tousled feel. To take things a smoother direction, the dry hair can be flat ironed and a wax pomade can be applied for separation and shine.
