Andrea had long, shaggy strands with a faded red brown color and several inches of black re-growth.

Stylist Mary Jane Hirsch started her new look with the color.  She did some paneling around the perimeter of Andrea’s face and through the fringe where she added red hints in the cool range and a splash of golden beige. These subtle tones added soft contrast through her new deep brown base.

For the haircut, Mary Jane removed several inches of grown out length and then added shaggy layers with a razor. These layers frame her face and blend seamlessly into fun, choppy bangs.

Nicole Ankenman of The David Salon created an extra light blonde base color for Tovi’s hair then sliced soft highlights and dark blonde lowlights underneath in back. This provided a soft dimension to her bold hue.

Long, luscious length is broken up with face-framing layers and a bold bang for Crystal. Stylist Felicia Palafox of Fantastic Sams in Rancho Cucamonga, California styled the cut with a round brush to give a curvy shape on top. The ends were flat ironed to add control then pinched with a dab of pomade to impart pieciness.

For Ema, Patti Mead of Fantastic Sams in Corona, California created a dark-hued, shoulder length bob that is stacked high in the back and features a side bang. To style, a nickel-size amount each of Biosilk Therapy and Fantastic Sams Smoothing Gel were applied to towel-dried hair. Patti blow-dried the hair with a round brush lifting up on top for fullness in the crown. Once dry she flat ironed the sides and bangs for added control. A dab of pomade was rubbed onto her palms before smoothing them over the surface of the hair to bring down any flyaways.

Bette’s dull, dark brown hair has a natural wave that tends to frizz. For a new look, Jesiuania Flores of Fantastic Sams in Barstow, California started with the color. She applied a medium brown base all over and then added soft highlights for a dimensional light golden brown hue. Low layering was done to remove some of the weight and create a better shape. To style, straightening balm was applied onto her damp hair before blow-drying two-inch sections with a round brush.

Lots of rolled-under body gives Felicity Jones’ mid length lob a curvy finish.

Add thickening lotion or volumizing spray before blow-drying hair for volume using a round brush. Lift up on sections and roll the brush several times to create a robust bend under through the length. Add a dab of styling cream to your hands and work through hair. Create a loose side part and push any fringe to one side. Tuck behind your ears as desired and then mist with a firm hold finishing spray.
