A fairly blunt back to this shorter style was point cut and razor cut for texture and pieciness. For the color, a light brown base is broken up with a medium weave, which is then highlighted back through with a lighter blonde and light red brown. 

To style, PON International Elevate root boost is applied on the wet hair and all over for lift and volume.  Once the hair is about 80% dry, Turn It Up styling spray is applied before using a round brush to direct the rounded shape on top and kick the ends. Styling wax or Scatter FX spray wax is pieced back through to accentuate the texture and create the finishing touches.
