Kathy Reddel of Alexander's Grand Salon and Spa in Anaheim Hills, California gave Connie a short, point cut bob shape with an A-line overlay. The back section was elevated and cut to free the ends. Weight was then removed from the back and ends with texturizing shears to allow for a softer edge. Her natural medium brown color was accented using slightly darker brown lowlights, along with red and blonde highlights.
To style, a mousse was applied heavily at the base then is worked in all over. After blow-drying with a round brush for volume, she bumped through the hair alternating directions with a one-inch iron with working spray, then pieced with a pomade for a textured twist.
