Charlize Theron is a true chameleon with her looks. She has rocked every style from long layers to an ultra-short pixie and from pure white-blond to the deepest of brunettes. And now, with a short bowl-like cut by stylist Adir Abergel, she looks admirably chic.
Charlize recently posted her new look to Instagram. "She’s baaaaack #Fast9," she said, which references her Fast & Furious character, Cipher, who previously had long blonde tresses. But both Theron and her character received a significant makeover with a short bowl cut that's cooler than the name implies.
The circa '90s Linda Evangelista look was kicked off by stylist Johnny Eagland with a precise undercut. Theron’s hair was crafted into a balanced shape that lands right above the ears and spans across her brows. It connects into a slight V-shape at the back of the head providing a softer modern feel.
Colorist Shannon Gallacher took Theron's hair to a soft wheaty blonde with a darker root with cool blonde and beige highlights. Stepping in to complete her two-toned style, Abergel treated Theron's hair with Virtue ColorKick keratin and Restorative Treatment Mask. Both products are designed to help restore strength after a chemical treatment and moisturize and protect during heat styling.
