For Jeri. Stylist Alonzo Lamarque of The David Salon in Costa Mesa, California started with an A-line shape that was all point cut to prevent any blunt lines. A long and side swept bang was added to frame her face while lots of movement and texture were applied with deep texturizing.
To accent the texture of the cut, her color is also highly dimensional. Her dark blonde base was heavily woven with a lighter blonde on top and through the sides.
To style, a volumizing lotion and a thin set wet gel are cocktailed together and are applied all over her damp hair concentrating on the roots but distributing through the ends. After blow-drying for volume at the root with a Denman brush, the hair was flat ironed around her face but barrel curled at the crown for added lift. To finish, a small amount of wax was used to separate and define.
