This fabulous A-line shape for Gia features a slightly shorter back with longer sides. To create this look, Kristina Vocchione of The David Salon in Costa Mesa, California started with a strong perimeter shape with a blended side bang then went back through and layered throughout for movement. For her color a very solid dark brown adds richness to the style.
To create a smooth finish, on damp hair mousse or styling foam was applied at the base for lift, then was blow-dried for volume with a round brush. Once completely dry, the hair was flat ironed then worked back through with a small amount of pomade to finish.
