Carolina’s hair was long with grown out layers with a faded brown color. Her natural (level 6) light brown shade had some previous color and she was frustrated with the frizziness with her natural wave.

Kaytee Varchetto of PON International in Anaheim Hills, California brought up the length about four inches then textured the perimeter of Carolina’s hair. She added layers at the crown and around her face and a heavy, jagged bang.

For her new shade, Kaytee did blocks of mahogany color in all triangles that connected together, meeting up in front at the bang area.  Each triangular section was woven through for a creamy blonde highlight.

For a smooth style, PON International Elevate was applied at the crown, and Turn it up styling spray was used around the face and on the ends. Kaytee blew the hair dry with a round brush, puling upward on top for volume and then she flipped out the ends.  Once dry, she flat ironed the bangs, applied Ponder Powder in the crown for more volume and pieced out the layers around her face and through her bangs.

For scattered curls, Kaytee used a light hold working spray on random sized sections of hair and curled with an Enzo Milano curling rod. She finger-style into place and misted the beachy texture with more working spray to finish.
