A jellyfish cut offers long curly tentacles of different lengths while sultry copper and vibrant gold hues add warmth and depth.

Starting with damp naturally curly hair, layer on curl enhancing lotion and leave-in conditioner. Run your fingers through strands to distribute the product, moisturize hair, smooth the cuticle and control the frizz. Grab random pieces of hair and twirl them around a finger, allowing the sections to slip from your hands. A soft hold finishing spray is used for support and then allow the curls to air-dry.

Apply leave-in conditioner on wet strands before allowing hair to air dry. Layer on pomade and styling gel are layered on while finger-styling your hair into place.

Stylist Seana Boldt of Fantastic Sams in Perris, California started with a rich red-brown hue and then created a medium length layered cut with fun, point cut bangs. This new cut gave a better, more rounded shape to help unlock her natural texture. A nickel-size amount each of leave in conditioner and curl defining cream were mixed together and worked through her towel-dried hair before diffuse-drying with low heat while scrunching her hair. Her bangs were round brushed while drying and then were flat ironed for smoothness.

A scissor over comb cut  for an even, but rounded base. For the color she prelightened, then applied with a deep violet red. To style, she applied an ample amount of Repair and Shine then allowed his naturally very curly hair to air dry for a fun textured finish.
