Meredith had very heavy bangs, with one length hair that spanned all the way down to her elbows.  It was so overly long that her face looked as if it was being swallowed by hair. Her color was a natural light brown that was colored to dark blond.

DeAnnalyn Teal wanted to balance the rest of her color to her natural eyebrow color to bring out her skin tone.  To get the best of both worlds, she added dark mahogany hues and kept some of the lighter blond. That way her color was not totally solid.

The cut is a modern Coco Channel sort of look but with disconnected pieces in the front. Ryan Teal added a chewed off bang for an edgy, bitten feeling.  The hair was blow-dried using a Denman brush with a nickel-size amount of light gel. Ryan flat wrapped to follow the shape of her head and to add soft roundness all while eliminating Meredith’s slight natural wave.
