Vanessa’s color by Sharon Kelly and Lindsey Malone was intensified from a solid color to a rich dark brown base with radial sections of warm red. Her shoulder length cut by stylist Todd Jackson has a bold perimeter line with highly shattered ends and short choppy layers. The interior was also sliced and point cut for maximum texture.
For a sleek look a lightweight gel is applied to the damp hair, which is then blow-dried with a large round brush. After flat ironing spray shine is applied and the ends are pieced with pomade to accentuate the shattered feel.
