This highly shattered look is done with scissors and texturizing shears, which gives a piecey cut that becomes more tapered into the neck. To accentuate the texture and movement in the cut, the color is a golden brown for the base with a mix of warm copper streaks and some subtle golden highlights.
To pump up the volume on the otherwise lifeless strands, use a thickening spray as well as a styling spray on the wet hair before blow drying under with a large round brush. A dry wax and a shine spray are applied to create the perfect finish. For a fun and shattered kick, soy paste is applied on the ends after flat ironing while bending out slightly.
