A play on shape and texture, this look is daring and a bit conflicted.

The color involves a hint of gold to enrichen her natural walnut brown base. To style, a blow dry lotion was worked through her towel-dried hair before blow-drying with a round brush. Once dry, two sections were created to separate the front and back.

The front section was secured into a side pony, backcombed and shaped into a smooth bun. The back section was texturized with a wave iron and a thermal styling spray, then was pinned up and sprayed into shape. To create “airiness” to the overall feel, small bits of cut hair were sprinkled over the surface of select areas, holding everything in place with a finishing mist.
