A tucked-back, multi-toned bob offers a shard-like pieciness with flicky bits on the ends.

Get The Look: Add styling spray to damp hair and blow-dry sections with a round brush. Lift up on sections on top for root lift and then turn the brush several times to control the length.  Once dry, tap the ends with a flat iron to flip outward slightly. Add a dab of styling paste to your hands before you run your fingers through to enhance the texture. Tuck the sides behind your ears and the pinch and twist the ends for a flicky effect.
