This shoulder-touching style by celebrity stylist Riawna Capri is layered to unlock fullness and set her coils free. Her curly fringe-topped look is fun, modern, and free-spirited, just like Julianne!
Get the Look:
If you have natural curl, add a moisturizing leave-in conditioner mixed with curl-enhancing cream or lotion. Comb through to distribute evenly. Twirl small sections around your finger to coax the coil and then allow hair to air dry completely. Apply styling powder at the root for lift and volume.
If your hair is not naturally curly, apply thickening spray all over on damp hair. Mist mall sections with styling spray and wrap around spiral rods. Set under a hood dryer until completely dry. Unfurl sections from the rods and tousle slightly using a curl-enhancing cream or paste. If needed, use a lightweight spray to keep everything in place.
