Yet another transition for the songstress? Billie Eilish recently debuted her new darker shade on Instagram captioning the photo: "Miss me?" - the change coming months after going bombshell blond from her signature green roots with dark ends earlier in the year.
Billie's hair transformation is on the heels of her yearly Vanity Fair interview, where she mentioned how being blonde helped her to be able to go out in public since the flaxen strands were so much less distinctive than her former green.
Billie previously mentioned that she was getting tired of the green hair because it was so easily recognizable, and revealed she felt "free" as soon as she got rid of it.
"I couldn't go anywhere with that hair because it was so obviously me," she told Elle magazine earlier this year. "I wanted anonymity."
In response to a question in the 2020 iteration of the Vanity Fair interview about going out in public, the 19-year-old said: "I don't go in public anyway just because it's a complete disaster."
She continued, "In the last year, I have been opened up to it. I really feel grateful for that, because being able to feel confident in stepping outside without a hat and a hood, glasses and a mask and a jacket, it's so much better. And you don't have to live like that, and I realized that this year, that I don't have to live like that."
So what do you think of Billie’s new look?
