Stylist Elaine Nicdao took Jill’s grown out A-line style and created an ultra-short layered cut that was done at a 90-degree angle all around. She kept the perimeter soft and textured. The bangs were cut cheek length then swept exaggerated to the side. The top was cut short around the crown with length towards the bangs. The bangs themselves were under cut thus creating two separate levels, which boldly show off the exaggeration of the fringe area.

To style, a quarter-size amount of Barex Italiana Hairgomine Smoothing Gel was applied all over before the hair was wrap-dried using a natural bristle round brush. Once dry, the bangs were smoothed out with an iron sweeping the top to one side then soft pomade was used to texturize the sides, top and back. Bumble and Bumble styling wax was used to piece the edges.

The finished look is very fun and edgy but with a definite air of sophistication.
