These big, boldly bouncy curls were created by applying Redken Spray Starch on completely dry hair, applying section by section. Each section was then set on an “old school” pink sponge roller and placed under a very hot dryer for 20 minutes. After cooling for 45 minutes, the hair was taken down and using their fingers, the team rouged and roughly feathered the hair, layering in Redken Workforce 9 flexible volumizing spray as they continued to build the desired volume.
