Kristy’s color is naturally a medium brown and was visually very mousy. Cinta Salon colorist Mike Padilla lightened her base color with light golden brunette, then laced in delicate medium blonde highlights and glazed the hair with a semi permanent medium sandy blonde. The end result is a delicate, diffused play of light.
Her cut is done on naturally straight and fine hair. Cinta Salon stylist Irina Chuyko wanted to create a layered haircut for a soft, grown in look. For this very low maintenance style, she created pieciness with soft and blended ends. Thickening spray was applied on damp hair before blow-drying with a round brush for volume and root lift. A thermal protector was applied to various sized sections before curling in different directions with a small iron. This was done to give a variety of curl shapes for less of a perfect look. Sections are pinned up to give more of a mid length look, then the hair is finished with Shine Serum.
