To celebrate his recent appointment as Creative Director for The Hair Movement, Brandon Messinger has created the 'Movement' collection, which takes editorial looks and shows how they can be combined with a commercial aesthetic to create real, wearable hair. A key aim was to show 'living hair' – hair that is free to move and change, not stay as a single unchanging form. Using classic colors and varying textures to create the looks, Brandon added real-time movement to bring the looks to life.

Inspired by a beautiful queen from French history, the macron-sweet concept of this collection centers around three different stages of her life. Power and luxury in the midst of extreme protest and troubled times, her beautiful sorrow ended like the life of a favored red rose. Strong and proud in the blooming but withering to fall bloom-first in the sudden end.
