Red Carpet Style

Suit Up: Menswear Becomes a Woman's Game

Awards shows are a staple. Awe-inspiring speeches, lively performances, jokes and banter from the host and presenters - we're addicted. Still, if we were to sum up highlights of any event fashion would rest comfortably at the top of the list. Yes, for better or worse, the ensembles are the real winners (or losers) of the night. Millions tune in hours before the show even begins simply to catch Hollywood's finest pile onto the red carpet in something fresh out of NYFW. This year’s Golden Globes was no different and didn't disappoint.

As per usual there was a deluxe helping of glamour, paired with jaw dropping gowns, jewelry, hair, and makeup. But it was Evan Rachel Wood, poised, elegant and gorgeous in a tux no less, who stole the show. Evan's no stranger to blurring the once hard-nosed lines between menswear and women’s fashion. Over the years countless leading ladies have joined in, blessing the red carpet in designer suits, proving that dresses are no longer required attire. Here are some of the most memorable moments over the years.
