Erika Fung is a hairstylist and headpiece artist born and raised in Toronto. After recieving a diploma in fine art specializing in oil painting from the University of Waterloo, she successfully completed the hairdressing program with honors at the Toronto Aveda Institute and Academy. In addition to working behind the chair, she has also participated in many fashion shows in Toronto, such as, Canada Philippine Fashion week, Miss Universe Canada, and for Miss Asia Toronto Pageant.
Erika's passion and love for art and creativity has helped her accomplish several awards including finalist for the North American Hairdresser Awards (NAHA) avant garde category 2016 (pictured above) and winner in 2015, finalist for Contessa Newcomer 2014, winner of “So You Think You Can Style,” Salon Magazine 2014, and winner of Aveda Catwalk for Water runway competition in 2013.
